About National First Aid Training Institute (NFTI) RTO # 40704
NFTI is dedicated to providing the very best inf first aid training and offers a range of courses for both individuals and companies. We have been training in First Aid for around 20 years. NFTI has always been a family owned business, where our extended NFTI family and the families of our team come first. Our original owners Geoff and Louise Bryant dedicated their time to providing the best first aid training on the Sunshine Coast. In 2012 they retired and sold the family business to their son AJ, who continues that dedication to providing high quality training throughout Queensland and Australia.
What makes us different from other providers? We offer flexibility for corporate clients by adjusting our course content to their specific requirements and this complements our flexibility with training dates and times.
We pride ourselves on our accurate information and teach our students to be not only first aiders but how to manage a first aid emergency. First Aid is a serious subject, however, when we incorporate a fun element, we get our students laughing and this in turn gets them listening.
We are proud of our commitment to environmentally sound practices and to constantly improving the sustainability aspects of NFTI's business. We participate in the Chamber of Commerce Industry Queensland (CCIQ) Ecobiz program and we are currently a 2 star Ecobiz Partner for our reductions in energy use and waste. We continue to implement intiatives to minimise our impact on the environment.
General Manager & Proprietor
Adrian (AJ) Bryant
The General Manager is responsible for all of the overall coordination of the running and general well being of the NFTI Team and its responsibilities. Other duties include maintenance of RTO and ASQA and compliance issues. AJ is also a qualified trainer for all levels of first aid and regularly conducts courses.
The RTO Manager is responsible for the maintenance of RTO and ASQA standards and other compliance issues. This role also includes organising and maintaining trainer accreditation and the general management of the office.
Brett has a broad range of experiences from his time with the Ambulance services operations, this includes on road paramedic, Supervisor of the Communications Centre and Patient care officer. He is also able to draw on these experiences and incorporate this into his courses, which is a valuable asset to his training. Brett is a qualified trainer for all levels of first aid and regularly conducts courses at NFTI's HQ and also onsite to a range of corporate clients.
The Client Services Officer is primarily responsible for maintaining our client database as well as communications with clients in all aspects. In addition to this Kay is partially responsible for certificate distribution and inventory control. This position supports the RTO Manager.
Lindsay is a qualified trainer for all levels of first aid and manual handling, fire training and heights safety. Lindsay regularly conducts courses. Lindsay has over 20 years experience as a Paramedic and as a First Aid Trainer.
The Client Services Officer is primarily responsible for maintaining our client database as well as communications with clients in all aspects. In addition to this Jane is partially responsible for certificate distribution and inventory control. This position supports the RTO Manager
