NFTI is dedicated to providing the very best in first aid training and offers a wide range of courses for both individuals and companies. We have been training in First Aid for around 15 years. NFTI's orginal owners, Geoff and Louise Bryant dedicated their time to provided the best in first aid training on the Sunshine Coast. (RTO#30885) In recent years, they retired and sold their family business to their son AJ, who continues that dedication for high quality training through a new Registered Training Organisation, RTO# 40704.

General Manager & Proprietor
Adrian (AJ) Bryant
The General Manager is responsible for all of the overall coordination of the running and general well being of the NFTI Team and its responsibilities. Other duties include maintenance of RTO and ASQA and compliance issues. AJ is also a qualified trainer for all levels of first aid and regularly conducts courses.
The RTO Manager is responsible for the maintenance of RTO and ASQA standards and other compliance issues. This role also includes organising and maintaining trainer accreditation and the general management of the office.
Brett is a qualified trainer for all levels of First Aid and regularly conducts courses. Brett has over 20 years experience as a Paramedic and as a First Aid Trainer.
The compliance assistance officer is primarily responsible for assisting the Compliance Manager with maintaining RTO compliance and ASQA Standards. In addition Paul also assists with day to day operations of the NFTI office and accreditation. This position supports the RTO Manager and the General manager. Paul also manages multiple projects within our organisation in the areas of Compliance and Business Operations.
The Client Services Officer is primarily responsible for maintaining our client database as well as communications with clients in all aspects. In addition to this Kay is partially responsible for certificate distribution and inventory control. This position supports the RTO Manager.
Lindsay is a qualified trainer for all levels of first aid and manual handling, fire training and heights safety. Lindsay regularly conducts courses. Lindsay has over 20 years experience as a Paramedic and as a First Aid Trainer.
